Scout Out 2026 is set to be the biggest and best County Camp yet, bringing together Scouts and Explorers from across Leicestershire for five days of adventure, friendship and unforgettable memories.

Participant Costs:
- Scouts & Explorers – £99
Leader Costs:
- In-Ratio Leaders – £15
- Above-Ratio Leaders – £30
- Leaders’ Children – £30
Please note: Food is not included. Groups and districts should add their own catering costs.

Looking for something rewarding to do this summer? From 14–18 August 2026, we’re looking for enthusiastic, committed and passionate volunteers to help deliver an incredible experience for young people from across Leicestershire.
By volunteering, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun and inspiring environment, helping young people build confidence, friendships and lifelong memories.

Help the camp run smoothly with organisation, coordination and essential behind-the-scenes support.
🎯 Programme Team
Deliver exciting activities, challenges and experiences that young people will remember for years to come.
🛠 Site Services Team
Support site logistics, infrastructure and practical tasks to keep everything safe, efficient and adventure-ready.
💙 Health & Welfare Team
Provide care, guidance and reassurance to ensure everyone enjoys camp safely and confidently.
Allocation Information
We will always do our very best to accommodate your team preferences. However, placements cannot be guaranteed, and volunteers may be assigned where support is most needed to ensure the success of Scout Out 2026.
