Our Love Your Meeting Space campaign was a huge success, so we are making it even simpler. Make a short application to Adrian Wray or Jonathan Griffin before the 14th February for a small improvement to your facilities or equipment with a cost of up to £1,000 and we will do our best to show you some love and agree it.
The rules are simple:
1. Rather than the usual application form send an email to Jonathan (jonathan.griffin@leicestershirescouts.org.uk) and Adrian (adrian.wray@leicestershirescouts.org.uk)
2. Entries to be submitted by 14th February.
3. Proposed grant to be under £1,000.
4. No taking the mickey – if your group is fortunate to have available funds in the bank, please leave Forward5 for those that need it.
5. Winners will be informed by the end of February 2026 – we aim to give away up to £25,000!
Use your imagination, but a few ideas:
• Paint and brushes so you can smarten up the place
• Posters
• Storage
• Smart new crockery to replace all that tatty stuff
• External lighting
• Portable noticeboards
• Hi vis jackets/flags/banners (especially for meeting out of doors in the dark)
• Sports/craft equipment
