Risk Assessments and information for Parents

Face 2 face meetings can not be restarted while the readiness level from The Scouts is Red and volunteer Leaders are happy to restart face 2 face scouting. The readiness level needs to be Amber, Yellow or Green for face 2 face Scouting to happen.

For your Scout to be able to attend face 2 face meetings you need to have consciously opted in and acknowledge that you are happy for your Scout to attend. We are not allowed to use assumed consent of you dropping them off to us.

We will deal with this opt in acknowledgement via an OSM event where you sign up and accept the Risk Assessment and instructions along with acknowledging that you have explained these to your Scout.
